For the MADO group, we are performing mechanical installations of a new commercial and residential building at the Reljkovićeva-Čanićeva location.
The heating energy is planned to be used from the HEP - Toplinarstva distribution system. The primary medium is water vapor with a temperature of 245 °C and a vapor pressure of 10 bar.
For each apartment and apartment, separate individual thermal substations for central heating with mixing for underfloor heating and preparation of DHW are planned.
For the need for cooling residential spaces and heating in the transitional period, multi-split and mini VRV systems are planned, for each apartment separately, all apartments and apartments are ventilated via under-ceiling recuperators.
