RIMAC RESEARCH CAMPUS

The first phase of the Rimac Campus construction has been successfully completed, where we carried out mechanical works for heating, cooling, and ventilation. We installed and commissioned:

• 27 air-to-water heat pumps with a total heating capacity of 4.24 MW and a cooling capacity of 4.9 MW
• Two water-to-water heat pumps with a total capacity of 3.6 MW
• Three redundant electric boilers with a total capacity of 1.5 MW
• A high-temperature water-to-water heat pump with a capacity of 288 kW for DHW preparation

We successfully overcame the challenge of lifting ventilation openings to the roof of the Rimac Campus. Below, you can watch a video of the meticulously coordinated action of lifting and placing the ventilation domes on the precise locations of the roof, which spans 77,000.00 square meters.
